- This interactive lead-generation chatbot for Benessere Miami (a Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic) was built to drive website traffic to a fun quiz where visitors can learn their Chinese medicine element type. The project aimed to enhance customer engagement and increase office visits with a fun quiz that tells the user a bit more about themselves, what health issues to potentially focus on, and encourages them to seek more answers and book a consultation with a wellness professional.

- Here’s a bot I built (affiliate chatbot for ADA website accessibility and compliance) to supplement some blog posts about ADA website compliance. Aside from being able to answer very detailed questions specific to the benefits and legalities surrounding website accessibility, it’s also trained to give high-level information on two top providers (and even includes my affiliate links), guiding the visitor to click over and get more information or make a purchase once they’re ready to move on.
