Disqualifiers
You're looking for cheap.
This is infrastructure. Infrastructure has a cost. If budget is the first question, stop here.
You want ideas, not outcomes.
There's no consulting phase. No brainstorming sessions. No "let's explore options." You get a system that produces results or you don't engage.
You need hand-holding.
The work is done. You don't manage it. If you need weekly check-ins to feel comfortable, this isn't the right structure.
You want meetings instead of execution.
Meetings are not deliverables. If your process requires alignment calls before anything moves, we're not compatible.
Behavioral Red Flags
Slow decision makers.
If you need three weeks to decide whether to move forward, the answer is no. Slow decisions signal misaligned priorities.
Endless questions before commitment.
Questions are fine. Interrogation before any skin in the game is a pattern. It doesn't improve after engagement.
Comparing five vendors at once.
If you're running a procurement process, this isn't the right fit. This is not a commodity service.
What Happens If You Ignore This
You waste time.
You get no results.
You leave frustrated.
Not because the system failed. Because the wrong person engaged with it.
This system is built for operators who already know what they need and are ready to move. It is not built to convince skeptics or educate the undecided.
Before You Leave
One question.
Do you have a business that depends on its website to produce leads, calls, or appointments — and it currently isn't doing that?
